Roasted Peaches Goat Cheese and Honey

Peaches are still in season and with the weather cooling off slightly this is a great treat to enjoy while they are in season. Simple and fast and will not disappoint the taste buds.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 Ripe Peaches or Nectarines halved and de-pitted
  • 1-2 TBS of Goat Cheese
  • 1 TBS of Honey or Maple Syrup or Ginger Flavored Maple Syrup
  • Optional Toppings – Few walnuts or pistachios, cinnamon, ginger

PREPARE:

  1. Bake/Air Fry/Toaster oven peaches or nectarines for about 10 minutes until warm and softened. (Bake at 350)
  2. Top with goat cheese and honey or maple syrup
  3. Add in optional toppings if desired and enjoy.
