Peaches are still in season and with the weather cooling off slightly this is a great treat to enjoy while they are in season. Simple and fast and will not disappoint the taste buds.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 Ripe Peaches or Nectarines halved and de-pitted
- 1-2 TBS of Goat Cheese
- 1 TBS of Honey or Maple Syrup or Ginger Flavored Maple Syrup
- Optional Toppings – Few walnuts or pistachios, cinnamon, ginger
PREPARE:
- Bake/Air Fry/Toaster oven peaches or nectarines for about 10 minutes until warm and softened. (Bake at 350)
- Top with goat cheese and honey or maple syrup
- Add in optional toppings if desired and enjoy.
