Our classes are designed to accommodate every body and every lifestyle.

All Classes Include:

3 Days a Week

Includes: (12) One Hour Long Group Classes Per Month.

Plus: Optional Additional Programming (must be used on the same day). Areas covered include Body Building/Accessories, Cardio/Conditioning. *Must be done during Open Gym times.

*One Hour Classes include: Functional Fitness and or Barbell Club classes

*This program is perfect for those who are just starting on their fitness journey or are limited in how many times a week they can come in.

* Free 1 hour Foundations Classes may be required before executing more advanced movements in classes.

*This program is perfect for those who live an active life or work an active job. Those that want to build a solid base for other activities and anyone who’s interested in high skill movements, moderate to heavy weights, and high intensity cardio.

*Three Free One hour Foundations Classes may be required before executing more advanced movements in classes.

Quick Fit

Includes: 30 Minute Coach led class

Schedule: M/W/F 5:30-6:00pm 

Description: Low-mod intensity class, 20-25 min work out with zero to light cardio, for quality only, basic weights and body weight movements, low skill. Primarily, AMRAP’s, Circuits, Boot Camp style.  For those who can’t do high intensity, have very little time, are injured or are new to exercise. New workouts every class, no boring same movement every day.

Membership includes 12 Quick Fit classes a month for $105 a month. ($8.75 a class)

**Membership only for Quick Fit classes no General Fitness or Barbell Club.

Nutrition Services

1:1 Personal Intake Consultation $165

This session is a full intake session and usually takes an hour and a half to two hours. In this session, I do a deep dive into what you are doing currently and what you’ve done in the past. I review current habits, goals, lifestyle, digestion, as well as food budgets, current knowledge, and time you are able to commit to your nutrition and health.

BFF Discount 10% * When you and a friend sign up together (at the same time) you both receive 10% off your memberships as long as you BOTH are active members. (Excludes Barbell Club)

Family Discount 20% off each active member of the same household. (Excludes Barbell Club)* There must be at least two members of the household with active memberships to receive the discount.
